 The principals of Sterling Pacific Panama have over 30 years experience in the sales, construction and development of residential subdivisions, commercial and industrial properties. We have been licensed contractors in the United States for over 20 years.

Our building experience envelopes all aspects of residential, commercial and industrial construction.  We have managed the building of the complete infrastructure required for master planned communities. This includes all mass grading, sewer pipe installation, wet sewer wells, water wells, water system installation, water tank installation, pressure reducing stations, excavation of streets, drainage systems, pouring of concrete sidewalks, final grade and paving.

Our last residential development project was a 950 acre master planned community, in the United States, which had 542 lots planned for development.  Past residential developments include a 56 lot subdivision, a 72 lot subdivision, a 28 lot subdivision, a 68 lot subdivision, and a 70 lot subdivision.  We have built multiple low rise condominium projects.

Our Industrial construction experience includes manufacturing facilities for retooling jet engines, owned by General Electric Corporation. Multiple warehouses, multiple small manufacturing and distribution plants.

Our commercial building experience includes multiple low rise office buildings, and neighborhood shopping centers.

We have had extensive experience in land development. We have worked in all facets of engineering and design with engineers and architects. We have extensive experience in government relations and in obtaining the necessary zoning and building permits for complex projects.
